Missing Neris Packrafts - Request for Information - 26/09/24
We are saddened to report that two of our packrafts have not been returned by a former Neris brand ambassador and are currently missing. As a result, we are seeking your help.
If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of these packrafts or have seen them recently, please contact us immediately. Any leads would be greatly appreciated as this is our property and it’s crucial we recover these boats.
These particular packrafts are truly unique with a very distinctive colour scheme where two different colours were combined on the inflatable tube part of the packraft - red with orange. These two PVC Neris LotaFun rafts with this particular colour combination are the only ones ever made and exists in the UK, and therefore can be easily identified. The Neris LotaFun BAS has red for the bow and stern sections and orange for the centre section, whilst the Neris LotaFun WW (with the black fitted spraydeck) is the opposite - orange for the bow and stern sections and red in the centre section.
You can reach out to us directly via email , WhatsApp or Facebook Messaging. All tips will be treated with confidentiality.
Thank you for your support!

Update - 04/12/24
Message to a Former Brand Ambassador - Return of Loaned Packrafts Required
This is an important message for a former brand ambassador of NERIS, identified here as JF. You have had over a month to contact us following our public posts of the 26/09/24 regarding the return of two unique and distinctive packrafts loaned to you under our now-suspended brand ambassador program. We are aware that you have been informed about our initial posts of the 26/09/24
To clarify, the suspension of our packraft development program was due to external circumstances beyond our control, and all loaned equipment was recalled. Despite our leniency and understanding of your personal situation, you have chosen not to respond to our messages or make any effort to arrange the return of the packrafts. Additionally, we wish to confirm that no law enforcement has been contacted regarding this matter, contrary to any misunderstanding on your part.
We are now publicly requesting that you contact us immediately to arrange the return of these packrafts, which remain the property of NERIS. Failure to contact us by December 31, 2024, will leave us with no choice but to take further action, including publicly identifying you.
We value the community we’ve built and appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work to resolve this unfortunate situation.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of these packrafts, please reach out to us via info@neris.co.uk
